Refund policy

✅ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.praxza.com.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@praxza.com with your order number and a video clearly showing the issue (in case of damage or defect).
Upon verification, we will issue a Return Authorization along with instructions for return or exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product. Once we receive and verify the original return, your refund will be processed.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are offered only in cases of defective or damaged products. Once your return is received and inspected:
A refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
If you don’t see the refund after this period, feel free to contact us at support@praxza.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
❌ Non-Eligible Return Reasons
To maintain the quality and affordability of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
Change of mind after purchase.
Buyer's remorse, including not liking the product or no longer wanting it.
Incorrect size or selection due to buyer oversight.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product details and confirm their selections before placing an order.
🚫 Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@praxza.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to stop the shipment. In that case, you may refer to our returns process above after receiving the package.
